In accordance with the Grimsby Chamber By-Laws, we are pleased to provide official notice of our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: Tuesday, March 18, 2025
Time: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Format: Virtual (via Zoom)
The AGM is an important opportunity to review the Chamber’s 2024 activities, accomplishments, and performance, and to formally approve the 2025-2026 Board of Directors. Full members are entitled to vote on Motions, and a quorum of 10% of voting members is required.
Your participation is vital, as we shape the future of the Chamber, and continue to support our business community.
