In accordance with the Grimsby Chamber By-Laws, we are pleased to provide official notice of our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Date: Wednesday, February 25, 2026
Time: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Format: Virtual (via Zoom, link will be emailed to you after registration)
The AGM is an important opportunity to review the Chamber’s 2025 activities, accomplishments, and performance, and to formally approve the 2026-2027 Board of Directors. Full members are entitled to vote on Motions, and a quorum of 10% of voting members is required.
Your participation is vital, as we shape the future of the Chamber, and continue to support our business community.
