Wine, Women, Wisdom at Studio Forte: Thursday, March 19, 2026
We invite you to gather with us for a special Wine, Women, Wisdom evening hosted at Studio Forte in Grimsby; an evening dedicated to music, creativity, and lifelong learning.
This intimate gathering will explore the importance of incorporating music, art, and creative expression into everyday life, especially as tools for supporting mental health, emotional balance, and personal well-being. As we move out of Q1 of the new year, this session offers a gentle opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with practices that nurture the soul.
Rather than a formal presentation, this Wine, Women, Wisdom event is designed as an open, welcoming conversation. A chance to share experiences, ask questions, and explore how music can play a meaningful role in managing stress, fostering joy, and creating space for self-care in our busy lives.
