We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at beautiful Peninsula Lakes Golf Club on June 22 for our 32nd annual Charity Golf Tournament! It was a hugely successful day filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact in our community, specifically for Nelles Manor Museum and the community theatre at West Niagara Secondary School.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of our sponsors who generously supported this event. Your contributions and involvement were instrumental in making this tournament a tremendous success. Thank you for your commitment and dedication. Special shoutout to our Silver Sponsors: Spaceless, Harmony Jewellers, Boone Dog Office Spaces, and Erion Insurance Group.
To all the participants, we hope you had a fantastic time on the course. Your enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and support made for a truly memorable day. We appreciate the positive energy you brought to the tournament, and we would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on the event. We love transparency so please share your honest feedback with us, as it helps us improve and plan for next year’s golf event.
Once again, we want to thank our sponsors, participants, hardworking volunteers (Alex from BLVD Studio and Bryan from Village Studio for the incredible photos, and Deb from Donna’s Fashion and Margaret from Giganti Events for running the putting contest), and the prestigious Peninsula Lakes Golf Club for hosting us on their beautiful golf course. Together, we are creating a stronger, more connected community!
Message from Nelles Manor
Nelles Manor Museum would like to sincerely thank all those who supported the recent Grimsby Chamber golf tournament by golfing, sponsoring and volunteering to make this a success. We also want to thank those who supported our 50/50 draw. At Nelles Manor Museum we are celebrating the 225th year since the completion of the Manor House in 1798 by UEL Robert Nelles. Our historic site is an opportunity to preserve and present the major historic contribution of Grimsby to the building of Canada as a nation.
As a private not-for-profit charitable organization without annual government funding, support such as that from our local Chamber is extremely important to us. We believe our visitors who come from across Ontario, Canada and internationally bring economic benefit and recognition to our Community and Region. In this way, the business community and the Cultural organizations such as Nelles Manor together will continue to build and strengthen our community for everyone.
Bill Thompson, Director, Nelles Manor Museum and occasional golfer.
