The Grimsby Chamber of Commerce is a diverse network of business people and community members who work together to promote the economic, civil, and social well-being of our community. We promote our member businesses, non-profit organizations, and service clubs to increase their profile in the community and to encourage people to shop local.
We are proud of our community and work hard to make it an even better place to work and live. As a voluntary organization, we provide members with information and opportunities that are relevant to them and improving or expanding their businesses.
Formed in 1953, the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce advocates for legislation that is good for business at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government. We also keep our members apprised of any changes to legislation, so they can do their best to transition as necessary.
Being affiliated with the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce gives you and your business or non-profit organization a measure of professionalism and credibility in the community.

Like all Chambers, we also focus on marketing. We’re here to boost your events, jobs, products and services. We sit down with our members and brainstorm goals, ideas, and visions with and for them and their businesses. Our number one priority is our members, through and through.
From ribbon cuttings that celebrate the courage and hard work of opening a new business or recognize a milestone, to advocating with government to create policies that move our region forward, our advocacy/benefit/connection efforts all have dedicated purpose.
We partner with political leaders and community organizations to tackle challenges in our business community. Whether it’s promoting economic growth or addressing infrastructure needs, we are at the forefront of initiatives that help to shape the future of our town.
