Geoff was born and raised in the West Niagara area, and is an active member of Grimsby Rotary at Noon, as well as a coach with the West Lincoln Minor Hockey Association. Geoff joined the Grimsby Chamber board in 2018 and is an active member of several committees.

Marshall came to Grimsby in 1986 and has been an enthusiastic supporter and cheerleader for all things Grimsby ever since. Marshall also has more than 32 years’ experience in real estate as a salesperson and broker. In addition to being a very proud member of The Rotary Club of Grimsby, Marshall has also been an active Chamber board member since 2011.

Leona has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial industry with several progressive promotions throughout her career.

She currently serves as the Branch Manager of their Grimsby Branch. Leona volunteers regularly and currently holds board positions with The Education Foundation of Niagara (President) and the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce.

Cathy Bliss

Cathy is a back-office professional who maintains the accounting, payroll and bookkeeping for companies that vary in size. Her experience involves accounts payable, accounts receivable, account and bank reconciliations including intercompany accounts, cash management and government remittances. In addition to serving as our Treasurer, Cathy also serves on the Grimsby Library Board and is a certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner with the Canadian Payroll Association.

Philip Bliss

Philip has founded and grown three market-leading marketing digital agencies and two internet product companies. He focuses on innovative strategic, policy, marketing and product development initiatives. Philip develops effective products, marketing and technology strategies, and the technological infrastructure to manage these. In addition to being a former Director for the Grimsby Public Art Gallery, Philip is also Economic Development liaison with the Town of Grimsby.

John Dunstall

JJ’s on the Docks Eatery

John has lived and worked in the Grimsby community since 2004. He is the former General Manager of the Fifth Wheel Truck Stop and with that experience opened JJ’s On The Docks Eatery. The restaurant is located at Foran’s Marine and is open year-round. John is a past President of the Grimsby & District Chamber of Commerce and is currently a Ward 3 Councillor.

Joe is the president and co-owner of 50 Point Market, a family-owned store specializing in high quality, local, and fresh ingredients. In addition to serving on the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce board of directors, Joe has been a Rotarian since 1998 and has held high level corporate sponsorship and partnership positions with Tennis Canada/Rogers Cup and Ottawa Senators Hockey Club.

Simply Moto

Karen is a marketing industry professional, and has worked with several high-profile firms, creating print and digital marketing campaigns. Her experience and passion for online advertising is what led her to open her own business in the town she lives in.

Karen, with husband James, opened Simply Moto in 2018 offering motorcycle and dirt bike riders and enthusiasts a place to purchase gear, apparel, parts, and acessories – right in downtown Grimsby.

Michelle Seaborn

Silmaril Farms

Michelle has been an active member of the Grimsby community for many years, having served on Town Council and various Town committees, and working with Grimsby Farmers Market to organize the annual May-to-October weekly event.

Michelle and husband Rick Stopps currently own and operate Silmaril Farm –  a small, family-run PYO apple orchard and farm.

Rebecca Shelley

Executive Director

Rebecca provides the Chamber with excellent management of membership programs and events.

She brings 20 years of professional experience to her role with the Grimsby & District Chamber of Commerce, most recently from Bell Media. Rebecca has many years of office management, administrative, organizational and coordination experience. Her background embraces small- and medium-sized businesses, including a wine agency, a media company, and an IT security firm run by former Dragon Robert Herjavec.
