What is a Strategic Plan?

A strategic plan is a document that outlines an organization’s long-term goals, the specific actions needed to achieve them, and the resources required to do so. It serves as a roadmap to guide decision-making, align stakeholders, and measure progress by defining a company’s mission, vision, and values, while also considering internal and external factors like its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
