Grief in the Workplace – McNally House Hospice

We invite you to join the West Niagara Chambers of Commerce over Zoom on November 15 for a special Lunch n Learn in honour of National Grief and Bereavement Day. This virtual session will feature guest speaker Jenn Jowlabar from McNally House Hospice. Jenn will take us through best practices for dealing with a grieving employee and help you better understand your responsibilities as an employer. You’ll come away with some great advice on developing policies and procedures to help manage grief in YOUR workplace. Make sure you bring your questions, as there will be opportunities for Q&A following Jenn’s presentation.
