Sip & Self: An Evening with Maple Mindset
A Wine, Women & Wisdom Gathering
We know how much you do – for your family, your business, your team, and our community. So our upcoming Wine, Women, Wisdom evening is about showing up for yourself, with intention and compassion.
We’ll be meeting for a cozy, restorative evening hosted by Danielle Field, RN Psychotherapist and Founder of Maple Mindset on Wednesday, September 10 from 4PM-6PM at 7 Livingston Ave, Grimsby. We’ll be slowing things down, reconnecting to self, and sharing space with other thoughtful, like-minded business women from our Chamber community.
You can expect:
- A guided grounding practice to help you feel present
- Light journaling prompts to reflect on where you are and what you need
- A gentle group conversation around identity, intention, and self-connection
- An affirmation or permission card pull (you’ll be stunned how much it will resonate!)
- A symbolic release exercise to help let go of what no longer serves you as we move into a busy fall season
Plus, as with all of our Wine, Women, Wednesday evenings, there will be wine, connection in a welcoming atmosphere, and meaningful conversation.
Attendees will leave this event with a Maple Mindset branded journal, your selected affirmation/permission card, and (most importantly) a moment of pause that will help ground you back into yourself.
