Thank you to everyone who joined us for our last Chamber Breakfast of the 2019 calendar year. We were excited to see some of the fantastic members and businesses that help make the Chamber thrive, and to welcome new faces to the crowd! We were all inspired by FORT and the amazing things they do in the community to help our youth find a place to/space to belong! Great organizations like FORT help ensure everyone in our community has the opportunity to succeed and participate.

We were delighted to present FORT with a cheque from the Grimsby Chamber, representing a portion of the proceeds from our 2019 Golf Tournament. We are proud to help support the wonderful work FORT does!

And, we can’t forget to mention the delicious breakfast and hot coffee catered in by Station 1 CoffeeHouse!

The Chamber’s Executive Director, Rebecca Shelley, gave an overview of the work, events, and initiatives that the Grimsby Chamber participates in, generating relationships and resources behind the scenes, to further the Grimsby business community: from collaborating with our Chamber colleagues in West Niagara, to working with the Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee on the recent Mayor’s Breakfast, to participating in the YWCA‘s Leadership Summit for Women (an incredible event that focuses on the amazing work women in Niagara are doing to make a better environment for all), to attending the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce’s Niagara Economic Summit (ask us about Tomorrow’s Workforce, Liveable Cities, and Gamechangers…the GNCC sure knows how to put on an exceptional, relevant, thought-provoking event!)…your Chamber is hard at work for YOU!
