Thank you to everyone who joined us for our final Chamber Spark of 2025! We had an incredible group out on Tuesday, November 18 – familiar faces from the last Spark event and many new members stepping into the Grimsby Chamber community for the first time. It was wonderful to welcome you all!
We wanted to call out that this round of elevator pitches was truly outstanding. Every introduction captured not only what your businesses do, but your personalities too – clear, confident, and engaging. Thank you for bringing that level of energy and intention to the room
We were also excited to learn that a number of attendees are already collaborating with each other. Seeing those connections form and grow is exactly why these events matter, and it’s an honour for us to help facilitate those relationships through Chamber programming and membership.
A sincere thank-you to Board Members, Daniel Vandersteen and Larry Chartier, for hosting the evening and offering meaningful insight into the value of Chamber involvement. And a special thank-you to Doug Sooley from Sooley’s Safety Services for sharing his experience as a Chamber member, speaking about his business, and generously sponsoring this Chamber Spark. These events simply wouldn’t be possible without support from members like you, thank you!
The networking portion of the evening was lively, intentional, and full of great conversations. We’re confident many valuable connections were made, and we appreciate everyone who contributed to that atmosphere.
If you missed this Chamber Spark, we have more opportunities coming up next week:
• Connections on Tap — a festive, holiday-themed networking event (free to attend)
• Ribbon Cutting at Maple Mindset — registration required as space is limited
Thank you again to everyone who continues to show up, participate, and make our Chamber networking events so meaningful. Your involvement is what brings this community to life!
